Shipping Policies

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Expedited and Priority shipping orders ship within one business day.

Pre-orders ship within a week of inventory's arrival into the warehouse.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. BMBC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages returned to BMBC due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. Packages marked as delivered, but 'not received', are the customer’s responsibility to locate.  

Can I change my order?

Orders can not be changed once our fulfillment center has begun packing and shipping orders.

If you notice a discrepancy on your order, please email hello@bucklemecoats.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to intervene before processing (our team ships quickly!) but, we will do our best.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We can ship to the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia, UK, France, EU, & Japan.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs, or fees, if applicable. 

International shipping time varies by country and can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Not all countries offer continued tracking once your package has left the United States. If you are not able to locate your package once it has left the United States, please contact the shipping carrier.
