RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will gladly refund any unworn coat with original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for ensuring BMBC has the correct address prior to shipping. BMBC ships to the address supplied at the time of checkout and is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. BMBC is not responsible for packages
RETURNS: If you would like to schedule a return email [email protected] Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We are only able to accept returns or exchanges on items purchased directlly through Buckle Me Baby Coats.
EXCHANGES: We will gladly exchange any unworn coat its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to schedule an exchange email [email protected] Customer is responsible for returning shipping and must send $5 via Paypal to cover exchange shipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES: International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. International orders can be returned and are subject to the return policies above.
LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED ORDERS: Buckle Me Baby Coats is not responsible for items once they have shipped. We will gladly assist customers in filing a USPS claim in the event of loss or theft. We are not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged during or after delivery. It is the the responsibility of the the purchaser to contact USPS about any loss, damage, or delivery disputes. The purchaser is also encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their credit card company for undelivered or damaged merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with USPS, your local authorities, and insurance companies regarding matters of theft.
