Returns

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please mail returns within 30 days in new, unworn condition with attached tags to:

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after the return arrives. To avoid delays in processing of your return or exchange please include your order number. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customs, duties and/or taxes, returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

**Coats returned with tags removed will either be returned to sender at the senders expense or donated to NH Girls, Inc without refund. I do not restock or sell used coats and as a small one mama gig I can’t absorb the cost of coats that are returned used – thank you for understanding.**

Exchanges

Please mail your coat back to the below address, and it will be exchanged upon arrival.

International Purchases

International orders may be subject to customs, fees, duties and/or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. International orders can be returned or exchanged at the customers expense. Contact hello@bucklemecoats.com for details.

Lost, Stolen , Damaged Orders

Buckle Me Baby Coats is not responsible for items once they have shipped. We are not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged during or after delivery. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the shipper about any loss, damage, or delivery disputes.
